Appointments
I understand how a busy job can take you away doing the day or when you need to call after the salon hours, so for your convenience, you can email us for an avilable appointment times. The appointments are sold by booking hours avaolability for our services. Please let me know each service that you would like to have, so that we will not over lap our appointment times. To see what services will fit your need, refer to the service page where some of the services have time allowed for them. Gratuities are not included in the price of services and we do not change the quality of our services. Some clients enjoy giving and we greatly appreciated the besting.
The Trichology Consultation Appointment!
On the day of your salon visit, please make sure, that you have taken out an 1 and an 1/2 for this consultation, you can also have treatments if need on the same day, we will need to know, to book you for the service. For the correct service time, you may want to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment for completing of any paper work. We schedule appointments according to our service time availability. All and any consultation service must be call in for an appointment.
Running Late!
If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allowed for your services; but most important it will not for your pleasure and enjoyment of your visit. As a courtesy to all of our clients we try to stay on time for your services and treatments. If for any reason we do not, we will do our best to stay as close to your scheduled time as possible while giving you the same quality service.
Cancellations
Cancellations of all services require a 36-hour notice of Your Appointment Time. If You Miss the 36-hour notice, there is a cancellation fee of $25.00 (just as you would visit your doctor). This charge is for not allowing us the time to sale this booking service to other clients. Please help us by calling in time that we can book some one for the booking time allowed.
